 How to make a Cream Paneer curry recipe?

Ingredients:

Paneer 200grms {chop into cube or square size}, Refined Oil, Onions - 2 (big), Tomatoes - 3[big], Cashews (10 to 15) depends on your taste, garlic cloves, salt, green chili (cut into small pieces), red chili powdes, coriander, garam masala powder, Kasturi methi, cream (low fat cream) , coriander leaves (finely chopped).   you can also use ghee or butter instead of refined oil.

  • First, soak 12 to 15 cashews in hot water for 30min
  • next soak cube or square paneer pieces in some colored water and defry in butter until it turns into light golden or golden color.
  • When the cashews are soaking, roughly chop 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 ginger, and 5 to 6 garlic cloves. crush the ginger and garlic to a paste.
  • In a grinder jar, take the chopped onions.
  • without adding water grind to a smooth paste and keep aside, to the same grinder jar add chopped tomatoes, cashew.

Making masala for cream paneer curry:

  • take pan and heat 3 tablespoons of oil and add the onion paste.
  • on a low flame begin to saute the onion paste.
  • keep on stirring the paste until it becomes golden
  • then add the crushed ginger garlic paste, stir and saute till the aroma of ginger-garlic goes away.
  • Now add the tomato, cashews paste. and be careful as the mixture can splits.
  • Mix everything well and begin to saute the masala on the low flame.
  • while the masala is getting sauteed, add 1.5 cups of water in a grinder jar. and keep aside
  • Saute the onion-tomato-cashew masala till becomes smooth
  • then add ¼ teaspoon turmeric, ½ red chili, ½ coriander powder & garam masala powder
  • mix the spice powders very well.
  • add 1 or 2 green chilies
  • add water which was mixed with the leftover paste in a jar.
  • add some salt to it.
  • add coriander leaves to it.
  • now add paneer cubes, add Kasturi methi which has been crushed. mix well and cook for a minute.
  • then add 2 tablespoons of low-fat cream
  • mix the cream very well with the rest of the cream paneer curry. switch off the flame.
  • check the salt, if low add some, if not ignore….
  • now our tasty creamy paneer masala is ready to serve…..
  • serve paneer curry with chapattis, parathas, naan or tandoori roti or steamed rice or cumin rice.
