Baby Spinach – 2 cup
Almonds – 0.25 cup, sliced (Optional)
Balsamic Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
Feta Cheese – 1 tablespoon, crumbled

PREPARATION:

Add the spinach and strawberries into a bowl along with the almonds. 
Mix balsamic vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. 
Pour this dressing over the salad and toss well. 
Top with crumbled feta and serve immediately.
