Everyone wants to get out of this lockdown full transformed,right?

We are working on our educational skills and physical fitness as well to achieve this.

What is the best transformation than growing abs.Keep reading for some exercise which will help you grow abs in 2 months.

1.Jumping jacks

  • In this warm up exercise you move your legs apart together and simultaneously move you hands over your head.
  • Do this for 30 seconds.

2.High stepping

  • This is the second warm up exercise.Here you raise your knees till your abdomen and do this alternatively with both legs.
  • Do it for 30 seconds.

3.Cross knee plank

  • In this you lie in the plank position and touch your right knee with left elbow and left knee with right elbow.
  • Repeat this 28 times.

4.Cross arm crunches

  • Here you lie on the ground,fold your knees,cross your arm with right palm touching left shoulder and left palm touching your right shoulder.Now try getting up without moving your legs or hands.
  • Repeat this 18 times.

5.Heel touch

  • In this exercise you have to lay down and bend your knees.Now touch your right heel with right hand and left heel with left.
  • The gap between your knees should not be very less.
  • Repeat this 24 times

6.Butt bridge

  • Here you have to lay down straight facing up and then raise your butt and abdomen such that your thighs,butt and abdomen lie in a straight line.
  • Repeat this 20 times.

7.Side crunches

  • In this you have to lie sideways with one hand behind your head and knees folded.Now try lifting your upper body.You can see if you are doing this right by the strech you feel when you try to get up
  • Repeat this on both the sides,16 each.

8.Heels to the heaven

  • In this exercise lie down raise your legs straight do not bend your knees and now try to lift them.
  • Bring them down slowly and then repeat 20 times.

9.V hold

  • Here you have to lie down bend your knees and lift them so that they make a 90°angle and keep your hands straight.
  • Hold this position for 30 seconds.

10.Plank

  • Do it for 1 minute

11.Skipping without rope

  • Do it for 30 seconds

Perform two sets for above exercises two times in a day for better results.
