What you think you become. It’s because of your positive thoughts you are a positive and influential person or you are loosing everything because of the negative attitude you have towards yourself. When  you loose your confidence and become a dull and lonely person. 

Rearrange your mind with positive energy giving thoughts. The nature gives you back what you want.

Give yourself an affirmative bath to boost your confidence and energy levels. There’s a lot to learn from your body, relax your mind and  then you can lift your focus to a more higher and healthy level.

when you’re alone boost yourself with positivity and improve your interactive skills imagining that someone is with you. It’s important to feel relaxed and confident in anything that you do. You an equip yourself with stories or anecdotes that nurture your thought process. 
 

you can be a paragon of  inter action when you are dealing with others. You can improve your thoughts and your mental health.

It will be appreciative if you can be an optimist and open minded person. You can also learn to admire and appreciate the humour side of life by observing the comments a little more lighthearted than you used to be.

self esteem can be boosted by looking into yourself more subjectively  any imagination or overwhelming thoughts such as projecting what you’re not. 
 

you can improve your mental health by looking into yourself internally and accepting what you’re from within; then it’s possible for you to change and become an inspiration and insightful person.

Let you learn to happy with yourself and satisfied with whatever you have.

Moreover, accept your self as you are and make yourself and others as comfortable as possible.

Life is a process of learning and relearning, in this  rat race of this busy life most of us do not have sufficient time to think about us and spend sometime for us.

most of the times housewives are the ones who don’t find much time for themselves and are totally busy in sat their household responsibilities. whenever they are in a program arranged by their children’s schools or college or work place if they are asked to talk they shy away from talking or giving a two minutes talk, because most of them do not have self confidence and are self pitied about their predicament.

They can practice yoga, raja yoga or Vipassana meditation to boost their mental health and capacity of calm and focusing ideas of improving themselves.
