We all watch the latest movies whenever we can on the different otts available. And sometimes we get bored with the same type of stuffs being shown nowadays. So what I do for a change is that, I watch the classic movies from whichever sources available. 

I watch Bengali, Hindi and English classic olden days movie each week along with the new movies available on netflix or other otts available. And please trust me, I love the experience of watching old films very very much. 

Actually I love to see how our cultural values where being portrayed in those days. And I love the old classic songs being used in those days. tHe old Hindi and Bengali movies actually depict b a part of our Indian culture. I watch Bengali and Hindi because I understand only these two regional languages. But watching these two types of regional language movies actually  me a lot of satisfaction. 

I get to see my Indian culture so closely through these old films. With passing days, we get to see our Indian culture getting transformed or modified. So I love to see our origin through these movies. 

Todaty wearing the least clothes is the fashion statement of the actresses but in old films the legendary actresses used to wear sarees or salwar kameez with such grace. They used to look so pretty wearing our Indian dresses and dressing in Indian style.

Same is the case for English movies. English people also have their own cultural origin which could be traced out through their old films. So I also check out English classic movies. 

Another thing which I have observed from watching old films is that the actors used to act from their heart and soul, from the depth of their heart. This is missing nowadays. Nowadays a good location, technology, good costume and wearing less cloth and obviously showing intimate scenes are a fashion.

In old films of Indian origin we hardly get to see any intimate scenes but the love between couples used to be portrayed so beautifully through the acting skills and expressions of the actors. Nowadays love is expressed only  through bed.

I was watching a beautiful film of Saira Banoo and Shammi Kapoor the last day. So nicely the romantic angle was being expressed by the actor and the actress. So sweet were their expression of love and so great were those beautiful songs that makes us fall in love even in this era…

So from now on I would also share some old classic films review which I get to see so that my readers would get to observe our Indian culture through those old films. That's exactly how everybody can relate to our  culture, our roots and our beautiful country. ❤❤😊👍
