When you say  these are natural picture it is a normal way of noticing something, but when you criticise beyond that it is called creativity.

Whatever maybe our position in this world everyone expects us to be creative. Even a high profit earning companies need it's employees to be creative and at the same time we expect our daily cook to be creative. It is an never ending and never satisfying process.

Who is more creative a child or an adult?

The answer is known to most of us.when we observe a child we can notice in them  a never ending questioning attitude.They tend to question everything they see.They question why the day is bright why the night is dark, why crow is black… .. Even a matured person sometimes finds difficult to answer the simple questions raised by the children.But have you ever noticed that questioning habit will starts to fade away when they grow ?

These doesn’t stops suddenly but gradually by the people around us. Imagine when a child repeatedly disturbs his  mother with frequent questions , she automatically gets annoyed and asks the kid to shut up.when a kid was questioning frequently she/he automatically isolated from a group.This separation by means of time makes a person to stop questioning and to move the same with  what the majority says. So if you wish your children's to be creative don't ask them to stop questioning. Give the possible answers, if you have time you yourself try to find the  correct answers so that yourself and your kids knowledge will improve. If you are too busy to find the answers you assign the task to your kids but remember one thing , show them the possible ways to get the answers . So that their interest to discover more will be cultivated. Understand their likes and dislikes and guide them creatively. 

Teachers part in creativity:

Teachers play an important role in making the children to be creative. As most of the time they spend in school it is obviously a place where there creative ideas will be kindled. Instead of making the children dumping up in a place give them the opportunity to fly. 

The environment, time... Will make us to run behind chores but we should learn to fly along with the chores without deviating from our destination.
