Family  is consist of two or more person  and they are related by birth and marriage .Individuals who are related to each other share the same line of parents.

 The family members share their love with each other. Our family gives us a sense of belonging. Family plays a very important role in our lives. Without our family we will not have companions and who love and care for us. We require family members to share our feelings, moments of happiness and sorrow in our life.

When we live in a family, we enjoy the affection and support from them.We also seek guidance and support from them. A family is the pool of love, care, strength and support. When we say the word ‘family’ we immediately remember our home and the people that live in home.  It is the people who make a family what it is.  

A family is a group of people that are connected with each other by a relation and live together. Most of our needs are fulfilled by the family.The environment in the family influences us and shapes our personality. There are many types of families. Some families are big, some are nuclear families and some are even smaller.  We all have immense love and respect for each other.We all have our own likes, dislikes and ways of life but when we are together, we have an unbreakable love.

Parents take care of the physical and emotional needs of the family members.Parents are also the first teachers who teach their children how to live in the society. Family members are pillars of strength.They support us and give guidance to us.They always encourage to work towards success in life.Grandparents are the soul of a family, as they are our elders. We learn a lot from them and respect them. They have taught us some values and morals that are highly important in life, apart from classroom knowledge.They have  more experience in their life and they have lot of knowledge  to share with us. 

Every member in the family has a specific role and this role has its assigned responsibilities,Today most needs are met when one or more people work to earn money.Decision making is the process by which families make their choices.Many of the decisions in our lives are made by others.When we are growing up decisions are made by parents.The form of decision making depends on what type of family it is.
