A Balanced Diet is useful in maintaining good health.It is an adequate amount all nutrients required by the body.It helps you to loss weight and reduce cholesterol level.We have to consume right amount of food to maintain healthy body weight.It gives your body the correct nutrients.To remain healthy,we must have a balanced diet with all the essential nutrients.The body uses calories from food for doing many functions like walking,running,playing etc.

The amount of calories the body needs depends on the person's age and physical activity level.A healthy diet contain many fruits and vegetables.Fresh fruit is a good source of vitamins and minerals and excellent source of dietary fibre. Fruits are an excellent source of fibre and vitamins that are good for your body and health. And they’re naturally low in salt, fat, and added sugar.Whole grain foods are better for your health because they have more fibre. Whole-grain foods are good choices for a nutritious diet.These foods also help lower the risk of diabetes, heart disease and other conditions.

Sugary foods are high in energy and cause obesity.Sugar provides a quick, simple source of energy, but it doesn't contain other nutrients such as vitamins and minerals.Eating more salt can increase blood pressure level.So we have to include more healthy foods in our daily lives.

Stay healthy is a very important thing ,for that we have to avoid junk foods.Junk foods contain high amount of salt,sugar,fat and high in calories and less nutrients.The body needs protein-rich food to account for the daily wear and tear of muscles, to speed up recovery, and to gain strength.protein is known to be the most filling, even if you consume less food.

We must eat  proteins carbohydrates,vitamins and minerals. Proteins rich foods are body building food.Protein is an important part of a healthy diet. Proteins are made up of chemical 'building blocks' called amino acids.Carbohydrates and fats are energy giving food and vitamins and minerals are protective foods.Foods high in carbohydrates are an important part of a healthy diet. Carbohydrates provide the body with glucose, which is converted to energy used to support body functions and physical activity.

For maintaining a healthy body and mind, we must exercise regularly.Exercise helps in building a strong body and keeps us fit.It tones our muscles and helps in digestion.It helps in breathing more oxygen and results in increased blood circulation and in maintaining the right posture and keeping healthy.
