I realised my love for her,
That day when I got
goosebumps at the trice
I listened the song lauding her.
I realised it ,
When my ire broke out
Immediately when someone
the so called foe, chided her.
I realised it ,
When I got tears the very moment
I heard, the sacrifices of my
fellow countrymen at the border.
I realised it ,
When I felt proud, on pinning
Her flag near to my heart, on the
two special days of the year .
I realised it,
That the inborn love for her is not
only love but more than that called
'PATRIOTISM', inborn in every citizen
JAI HIND
Tomorrow, the 15th of August, is the #75thindependenceday of India. Patriotism is something which is inborn in every citizen. It is nothing but the unexplainable, unreasonable love for one's mother country. India became independent in 1947. It was not an easy process, number of Indians have sacrificed their lives to free India from the hands of colonizers. This act is called patriotism. Even after 75 years, though the present generation citizens has not witnessed the struggles and pain behind the freedom, we have learnt it from history which is more than enough to be proud of our brave and courageous ancestors. The same blood of our ancestors is flowing in every Indian citizen which the reason we love our Mother India and respect her.
There are moments which makes us realize our love for the mother country, which is already there in our blood. As a children, we would feel happy and proud when we celebrate Independent day in our schools. Why we were happy and proud? Does anyone taught us to be happy and feel proud? No, the inborn love, the blood of our ancestors inside us, is the reason behind being happy and proud on every Independent day. Later, we would have studied of the struggles and sacrifices of our freedom fighters in social science. These lessons, these histories, has increased our love and patriotism without our knowledge. We were all unaware of the gradual growing love for the mother country. This love is the reason why we get goosebumps when we sing or listen to the National Anthem and Vande Mataram or any other songs that speaks of the fertility, beauty and praises of our nation. That's the reason why we become furious and enraged if someone speaks ill of our country. We feel proud while pinning our tricolor flag, close to our heart on every Independent and republic day, because of this love. The inborn love for our country is the reason why we get tears when our country's warriors sacrifice their lives, in order to protect our country from enemies. With so much love and pride I'm Wishing you all Happy Independence day!!
