Today I have brought you the recipe of making Aloo Pyaaz Ke Paratha. You can eat very soft parathas with liquid dough without kneading the dough. With just two cups of flour, you can make lots of delicious parathas in less time. You can make these parathas in breakfast or dinner and enjoy with pickle, curd and tea. Today I will tell you how to make parathas with multigrain flour which will be tasty and healthy as well. But if you want, you can also make it with wheat flour or maida.

Ingredients

Multigrain flour = 2 cups Onion = 1 medium sized finely chopped Boiled potato = 1 big size Jeera = 1 tsp Whole coriander = 1 tsp Amchur powder = 1 tsp Red chili powder = 1.5 tsp Turmeric powder = a little more than tsp Chilli flakes = 2 tsp salt = as per taste Baking soda = 1 pinch Green coriander = little finely chopped Oil = as needed for roasting the parathas

How to make liquid dough paratha

To make parathas, first put cumin seeds and whole coriander in a pan and roast them lightly. Then turn off the gas and take them out in a plate and keep them to cool down. After cooling down, put them in a small mixie jar and make a coarse powder. Roasting the spices in this way, making powder and adding it to the batter of parathas, enhances the taste of parathas.

Now take a big bowl and put multigrain flour in it. (Sieve the flour before adding) Then add the coarse powder made of cumin and whole coriander in it. After that add red chilli powder, chilli flakes, turmeric powder, salt and mango powder and mix it. Then add onions, green coriander and potatoes to it, grated with a fine grater. Then add water little by little and mix it with a whisk to make a better consistency. If you do not pour the water at once, adding little by little water will ensure that there will be no lumps in your batter. It will also mix easily. (The consistency of the batter should neither be too thin nor too thick. Then add baking soda to the batter and mix, now keep a non stick tava (griddle) on the gas for heating. When the griddle becomes hot, pour a spoonful of the batter and spread the batter with the back side of the spoon. How to spread dosa. You do not have to spread the paratha too thin. Now to cook the paratha, pour oil on its sides and let it cook.

When the paratha starts cooking, then it will start drying from above. Then pour some oil on the paratha also and turn the paratha. Let the paratha cook from this side also. In this way, while pressing the paratha with a spatula, roast it from both the sides. Then take it out in a plate and prepare all the parathas in the same way. Your parathas will be very soft and tasty, you can serve these parathas with curd and pickle.

Thank you😊
