Have you ever thought that, if overthinking was a job then I can earn so many lakhs per month as my salary?
Since I am an ambivert, I feel stress on my own expectations and I am the only soul to solve my problems myself by my overthinking. Ambivert is a person who will act as both introvert and extrovert according to the surrounding and people around them.
One day I feel sleepless and that sleepless night makes me to think more than usual and there are so many scenarios in my mind let me share few of mine with you all in this blog.
I want to go to a dinner party with my family and I want to say that “Dad, please wait inside our car and let me pay our bill”.
Oh my god this will be the dream of every boy and girl that they want to make their parents proud and let them enjoy the life with peace without any worries about our future.
Overthinking may affect our mind from respond quickly in problematic situations. Mind fitting is the process by which we decide our next action when we are facing some challenges.
Our brain tissue may also get affected or stressed by our overthinking, because we humans decide nearly 25000 decisions everyday.
Overthinking is like an exercise, exercise too much will affect our muscles, like that when we think more we will feel difficult to decide any one among our thoughts.
From my experience, now I overcame my overthinking and feel easy by few methods, they are…
Time blocking:
Time blocking means you have to decide a day before about what to do at a particular time to complete the work more effectively and also when we put a dead zone ourself, we will work faster to complete on time.
Networking:
Single person can't do all in his or her own, so that seeking for someone's help is not bad and you may communicate with the people who was same as you in character and punctuality. They may be your friend, mentor.
Engage in some sports activity:
Playing cricket or football may help you to improve your critical thinking ability as you may become friendly with such decision makings while playing every ball, where to hit the ball and how much force to be applied.
