How to make dahi bread churma
To make Dahi Bread Churma, first wash the tomatoes and capsicum and cut them finely.
Beat the curd, if your curd is thick then add some water to it. So that it becomes a little thin and if it is thin, then leave it like this. Because we don't have to dilute the curd too much. Just to make the curd a little thin, keep the curd aside after whipping and cut the bread into small pieces. You can also use stale bread to make this. Or as you have left over pieces of bread in your house, then you can make this recipe from them too.
Turn on the gas and put some ghee in the pan. When the ghee is hot, put a spoonful of mustard in it, I do not want to add too many spices, that's why I am adding a little more mustard. When mustard seeds crackle, add half teaspoon red chili powder and half teaspoon turmeric powder and stir it and immediately add tomato and capsicum and add salt and mix it well.Add salt according to your taste and now let the vegetable steam a little. Cover the vegetables and cook on low heat for four to five minutes. After five minutes, open the lid of the pan and mash the tomatoes and capsicum lightly while stirring. Now add chopped bread to it and mix it while stirring it very comfortably because the bread can fall out of the pan due to dryness.
After mixing in the spices, our bread has become a little soft. Now pour curd over it and mix it well while stirring. After adding curd, its color becomes very good. Now let the curd cook a little and add garam masala to it and stir it. Switch off the gas after three to four minutes, now our delicious curd bread churma is ready. It has a very good taste of curd, capsicum and tomato. Which makes this breakfast very different and different from other breakfasts
