Music , well we all know that what importance music has in our lives . We all have our own taste in music , like some of us love to listen English songs or some are to fond of Hindi songs , some of us can hear both of them .

Music help us to remember each memory relatively , like some help us to remember our good time , others for bad times . Music is the best partner for every person specially if he/she's alone . It always help us to cure our loneness.
Music help us to feel relaxed .It help us to erase all our bad situations and allow us to move to a dreamy land where the whole world is surrounded with only and only happiness, we all have experienced a situation where we are at window seat , our favorite music played , earphones connected , cold breeze hits our face and we have just ignored everything in our surrounding I know its the best feeling , there is no person in this world you will ignore the fact that this is the one of the most coolest , satisfied and amazing feeling of life one gets.
βI think music in itself is healing,β Billy Joel (an America Musician ) once said. βItβs an explosive expression of humanity. We all can think atleast one song which is so connected with us , it may be the positive or negative one. For eg : A song reminds you someone most close to you breaks your heart , or a song which reminds you your first dance of your wedding. We all are connected with music in a way , when we are unable to express our views , we can easily dedicate a song to someone which indirectly help us to let him know about our feeling whether we are hurt or in love or something else.
In a study of 2011 it was found that listening to music increases the amount of dopamine produced in the brain , that's an mood changing substance, which also help one to overcome with the problems like depression. Listening music help us to cure many problems this has even proved in many researches also , that why many people go for even "Music Therapy".
