How to do some workout at home with dumble.

My exprience workout with only dumbles 

First do 10 minuts striching and do 10 puchup and pullups.

1: workout chest dumble press 12 rep 3 set take 30 second break every rap

2: exesice shoulder workout set down on chair and do shoulder bumble press 12 rep 3 set 

And sideliters 12 rep 3 set.

Do single hand sideliters 10 rep 4 set.

After 1 week incress the rep's and eat health like in mornng boil eggs oats and banana mike in lunch ypu have to eat one full cut of rice without sault in dinner if you are a vigetrain eat soyabean ect and non vigetrain eat chicke, fish or meat etc if you want to bild mucls follow this diet.

If you want to loss fat this is the some workout you do.

Running 20 minuts and pumping and you some pullup and pushup dont eat jungfood 

Drink lemon tea or green tea its really help to loss billy fat do some

Hera are the exercise and workout 

How to do burpedd stand with your feet shoulder apart and send your hips back as you lower body the ground in a low squat.

And do mountain climbers .

Get into a high plank position with your wrisit directy inner your shoulder.

Kerp your core tight drawing  your belly button in toward your spine .

Drive you right knee towand your chest and then bring it back to plank  contine to alternate sides.

Take a ball like foodball 

Do side to side meadicine ball slams stand with you feet about shoulder with apart with the medicine ball on 9ne side pick up thr ball and simply rotate your upper body as you slam yhe ball a few inches away from your pinky toe.

And make sure to pivot your feet and bend the back knee as you come into a split swuat postion to catch the ball on one bounce.

Make sure ypu tighten yout core as you hring the ball overhead to the side

And some hiit workout like 

Spend 40 seconds doing squats puchups 

Different exercise for 10 round 

Choose your favorite exercises judt make sure your doing curretly 

If you do this exercise every day at home its take 40 minuts every day you loss fat and incress you strante and drink 3 liter water i hope you like this thank you.
