Types Of Leadership You Should Follow? Pt-2

hey everybody!! Wish you good health and I hope you are safe and doing well. I'm back with the continuation of my last blog. which was about the type of leadership style one should follow. In my last blog, I mentioned about 4 types of leadership styles and now I would like to continue further...

starting with the 5th style of leadership

5. Coaching style: The name only makes us understand that there is coaching, training, teaching involved. Yes, the leader plays a role of a coach and a guide that shows the direction to the workers and helps them out. this shows the problem-solving skills of the leader. The subordinates working below get motivated by this type of leadership. This type of leadership style recognizes the true potential of the workers and motivates them to go ahead in the same direction. This approach is not only beneficial for the employee's personal growth and development but eventually, his output helps the company overall.

6. Pacesetting style: Under this type of leadership a leader sets a working pattern and specific deadlines and the employees have to adhere to the same. This style of working is helpful for short-term goals or tasks that are urgent in nature. because in the long run, it is difficult to keep everyone motivated so highly. The leaders using the pacesetting style should keep in mind that the energy level of workers will not be the same every day and stretching it too long will lose their interest and they would be demotivated.

7. Lassiez Faire style: This is the most heard style of leadership. People working under such leadership are often having the freedom to work in their own manner with minimal monitoring. This doesn't mean that they go off the track. Under such a style of leadership, the leader believes everyone is having an entrepreneur inside them and he gives them a chance to work hard with their potential and excel. A professional group of workers can work under such a leader who does;t have to be handled by a senior and knows his job and responsibilities.
