Hello and welcome back to everyone who has been reading my blogs and i hope you all are doing good and ate safe and healthy. Firstly I would like to thank you all for being supportive to all my previous blogs and i hope you all will keep supporting my future blogs too. So my topic of today is on how to avoid mistakes when you are on a weight loss journey. So before starting i would like to clarify that these are not any peoffesionl tips but just the common knowledge that one should have.
Starting with first is.
Starving: Starving means nothing but in a laymens language is to be empty stomach. people usually do this while they are on a weight loss journey. They don't understand that it won't make them slim any faster but instead make them weak. Instead they should go for healthy diet. Abd follow calorie defecit.
2. No exercise: Some people usually skip one of the two that is either they control on calories but don't exercise or they exercise but don't take in proper diet. These two are correlated to each other and both are important aspects of weight loss. So as you take a certain amount of calories you should burn equal amount of that. In a day 1200 calories intake is must and out of which you have burn 400 calories by doing exercise. It can be any form of exercise. Swimming, cycling, skipping, cardio, abs etc.
3.Trying spot fat reduction: Most people don't understand that reducing fat in a particular area is not possible. Your body loses fats as a whole and not only a particular place. The process of weight loss depends on fats and fats starts ro lose when your body goes under water loss process. And this takes time. People fall for a 7- day & 15-21 days abs challenge videos from youtube but they don't actually notice that the person there already is in shape and then those exercises help them get abs while you are still a fresher in this case and your body hasn't gone through water loss process.
Atlast i would like to say only this much that don't fall for such easy videos and wrong steps gp the right way research and you will definitely gain what you desire for.
