There are many of us who don't feel the need of taking measures to keep us fit. But if we follow these small tips we can keep ourselves fit and fine always. During this pandemic it is important to follow some steps so that we can keep our health specially well.
Drinking lots of water-
Irrespective of what the situation is we have to drink a lots of water . Water helps us flush off the unwanted materials and drives them away readily. Water helps in digestion also. So drinking a lots of water will increase the stability of our health. But in some people too much of water is restricted by the physician due to some medical reason, so they should follow, accordingly.
Hot water-
Drinking hot water was specially guided by many of the doctors during the onset of the Pandemic. So this has proved to be helpful in many ways. Even after meal we can take a cup of hot water which helps to keep us fit.
Lime and oranges-
It is advisable to take Vitamin C in good amount because it is very helpful in boosting our immunity. We can take fruits like oranges and drink lime juice as much as we can.
Garlic-
Taking one or two pieces of garlic in the morning helps us in preventing any types of critical diseases.
Keeping away from chilled cold environment-
We should not always be in a cold environment . In this pandemic it is advisable, to be in normal temperature as much as possible. Too much of chilled cold environment as in the air conditioner, is not very good for our health.
Ozone water-
You can take use the ozoniser to drink ozonised water . The ozonised water is very helpful to keep our body fit. Drinking one cup of this water can help in maintaining our body well.
Vapor-
Taking occasional vapor is helpful in this time of pandemic . You can go for this as a precaution or for always. This is very helpful to keep us away from diseases.
Turmeric-
This is very helpful in boosting our immunity. We should have it daily early in the morning.
Doing exercise daily-
Now among all these, exercise is a must in whatever situation you are in. Be it Covid situation or normal situation, doing exercise is the best way to keep our immune high.
Not overeating-
Overeating is never good. Eating is measured amount has always proved to be good.
Taking bath in hot water- This is a good measure to follow in this situation. This will keep away from allergies and infections even in normal situation.
Washing hands-
Washing our hands is the best way to keep us away from germs. So this is an absolutely good practice to keep us fit always.
