We have all become habituated to the new normal trends of life after these six or seven months of social distancing and lockdown.

 Today what I would focus upon is multiplexes, theatres, cinemas and pvrs. These areas of entertainment have seen a complete lockdown after the pandemic struck.

 One of the most liked and popular destinations to chill out were the multiplexes and the cinemas. The couples, families, friends, colleagues and everyone used to chill out in their free time at these places.But that's a history now....!!

 We are all sitting before our  TVs and  Computers and enjoying the OTT platforms for web series and films.

 Whatever new releases hits the box office is released in the OTT. The OTTs have become the new normal after 'Masks'.

 We are getting well used  to these OTT platforms for relaxing in a free times.
 

 This makes me think about one thing. What would happen if this remains for about another few years from now??? We would all together forget the Cinema halls, multiplexes and theatres. Isn't it that so????
 

 Even if the pandemic resolves, our habits would change and we would get used to the OTTs. We would soon feel reluctant to go to the cinemas and spend so many bucks for a movie.When we can see so many good movies sitting at home. So what would happen then?????
 

 Most of us are getting used to the habit of sitting at home and watching new documentaries and web series .We are getting attracted to the web series more than films.This is another big issue which needs to be discussed (which I will discuss soon). I myself am addicted to web series .

I watch for 30 minutes regular webseries.  That's because any time I can watch them and for any time limit I can watch them. I can watch for 5 minutes or for 5 hours, that's my choice....!!
 

 So when these facilities are so appealing then why would I go to the cinemas?? Even when the pandemic gets over ,will not the cinemas become a recent past or History?????

 I genuinely want to go to the theatres and enjoy the film even now .but will there be any practical need to do so????

 That's what is worrying me.... 

I find it very very thought provoking question. I have been thinking about this for quite a while but I was not  finding the need to share this thought with anyone.

 Today I find young people like me, sharing their thoughts in this platform so I thought of posing this question to my fellow writers and readers .
