How often do we smile in a day? have you ever thought about it?! Do you feel putting it on would make any difference to you and others around you? Do you want to feel some change within you? Then read this with an happy smiling face .
I would say smiling is a simple way to keep yourself up even when situations are not aligned . Would bring a huge impact onto yourself and others around, also has the power to change the perception towards the given circumstances. Brightens up your face and lifts up the spirit and soul. It majorly diverts you from being stressful. Observe that your body language changes when you smile or when you see people smiling towards you. There is always an positive aura which builds up in the space.
How silly it is to think that we invariably have a very rigid personality. Don't you feel you need to loosen up a bit and just smile for a second ?That fraction of second it slowly builds up yourself confidence and you start to motivate that your gonna be fine and get through in whatever situation you are put across. Development of small vibrations inside and makes your heart feel happy, light and there is an spark in the eye.
Never fail to enjoy the joy in smiling.. for instance the smile of the baby, very natural and overwhelming to see them.. have you noticed? You instantly respond without your senses. There are an million opportunities to undergo various emotions in our life which we are dealt with , its not wrong that we get deviated by these. But also never forget that you had one to smile as well. Life always will throws everything in a slightly balanced proportions , its all within you how ! and how you ! stimulate to it. And by this you always have the liberty to choose the most stable and happy state of mind . Remember we always the power to turn away from agonizing scenarios.
Lastly… these are small personal thoughts and my observations, pretty sure many of us have been through or going through. It's okay to let go of things bothering in life and smile for yourself saying your strong enough that you faced it. And heyy!! give a pat to yourself with a big smile!
