Diabetes is a very common disease in todays life. Today I am going to share some facts about diabetes.
What are the causes of diabetes?
There are many causes of diabetes . The very first cause is living a sedentary lifestyle. Mostly sitting in one place with a particular work which involves no movement and no physical activity for a long time in a day is a cause .
Then eating lots of junk food and large quantity of food at the wrong time on regular basis .
Then not doing any physical exercises and walking everyday might lead to diabetes. People whose parents have got diabetes have higher risk of diabetes. So before the disease strikes its better to take the necessary precautions. And most important thing is to do regular exercise and physical activities.
Having proper quantity of food at the right time in a day is very important.
The most updated test that we have to do to test our blood glucose level is the HbA1C level in blood.
If the HbA1C level is more than 5.7 then its considered to be diabetic.
The fasting sugar must be less than 100.
There are many ways to get rid of diabetes . I would discuss the diet for prediabetic and diabetic conditions.
But the most effective way to reduce or not to let diabetes attack you, is to follow healthy lifestyle and healthy food habits.
And regular exercise and regular walking can make us get rid of diabetes easily. Now here I would like to mention that walking fast actually helps a lot more than brisk walking.
Then taking a ;lot of stress and tension can be very bad in diabetes patients. They need to relax and work more and more. If a diabetes patient has lots of work to do both physically or official or studies to do which involves brain work , then that actually helps to get rid of the stress and keeps the mind busy. But while studies or working online or official work we need to change the position and do some physical activity in between. These would actually help a lot in controlling diabetes.
Another most important thing is that we have to get up and go to sleep and eat and bath at a particular time daily. If we get up at 6 am today then we need to do the same tomorrow also.
These could actually help us win diabetes controlling journey.
