Winter is a time we enjoy inside and out of our home. So during this time we feel very relaxed and we enjoy everything in life.

Now there are some effective things that we can do during this winter in order to reduce weight because winter is the time when we gain a lot of weight. 

The first thing we can do is that we can walk a lot during winter because the weather is cool. If we can walk about 10,000 steps in a day , its very very effective for reducing weight. 

The next thing is that if we can have lots of broccoli boiled with a tinge of salt then that is good for our health. Broccolis are fresh and available in winter so its seasonal vegetable. It can help you reduce weight easily if you have them in proportionate quantity.

The next very tasty and nice vegetable is green pea. If you have boiled green pea with a tinge of salt and little mustard oil then you can really enjoy a lot. And this helps you to reduce weight very effectively during winter. 

The next thing is that you can have a glass of hot water after each meal which can give you a relaxing feeling and a very effective weight loss. 

Having green tea a number of times can really increase our relaxation and weight loss process very effectively. 

And exercise of about one hour is another very effective way of reducing weight in a healthy way. 

Winter is a very nice time and we have lots of parties and invitations , picnics, gatherings and eat outs. So naturally we get into those junks and outside food. We cannot help ourselves from eating outside food. 

Now those outside food can often increase our weight to a great extent.

So there are higher chances of gaining weight during winter and higher risk of heart attacks during winter.

So its always nice to get our blood cholesterol checked and tested during winter.

So its very important to do certain things in winter which are easy to follow and also helps reducing weight effectively.

Another most important thing is that we have to expose ourselves to the sun and be in contact with nature. It helps a lot in giving relaxation to our mind and filling us with positivity. 

If we do not have a positive mind then we cannot follow anything well. So lets do simple things to reduce weight easily and lead a happy life.
