We all have some kind of eating habits which we follow and some of our habits have been coming from our parents and we continue to follow that throughout the life .But if you are not following this rules then you are surely going to fall in trouble sooner or later.
In Indian culture we eat a lot and we are very big foodies and we love to enjoy your food and eat a lot.
So this is what which we should avoid and that's what I am going to say this blog.
Some of us have a habit of eating a lot if the food tastes very good.
We just gobble up the food at Eat a lot if the food tastes very good. And mostly Indian foods are made of masalas and spices so they are very tasty.
Now we are all inclined to eat tasty food and that this tempts us to eat a lot of food at a particular time. suppose we are eating a lunch with a lot of food, and when you're eating and dinner with a lot of food and when we are at breakfast we eat a lot of it.Now here, the amount of food that we take in each meal has to be reduced.
No matter if it is dinner, breakfast supper or whatever, iwe should not eat full stomach. We should leave some gap in our stomach so that a stomach is not entirely filled up with food.
Eating lot of food during lunch, breakfast or dinner can create a type of suffocation within us and we are not helping out ourselves to work nicely or to have a relaxed lifestyle by eating a lot of food at a particular time.
Some of us have the habit of eating a gigantic mid-day meal and going to sleep which actually is going to make us ill in a long run.
I have often seen that when I eat lot of food is my lunch, dinner or breakfast, I can hardly work nicely. I can hardly work, I get a constant stomach ache and then I am not able to concentrate on my work so this is a problem which is faced by many of us when you eat alot and then you get several stomach issues and other health issues, if you eat a lot of food during a particular period of time.
So it's always better to leave some gap before filling up your stomach. No matter which ever meal you are having, it can be lunch ,breakfast dinner or any short meals. Never feel up your stomach so much that you lose your peace of mind and concentration…!!
