This is very interesting to understand that we can create our own ‘ Happy moments’ . And we all know happiness is the subtotal of all the happy moments we give to ourselves. But how do we create these happy moments?????
Expose yourself to new and different places and circumstances-
If you introduce yourself to new circumstances and new set of people around then you get to know different new things which might attract your attention and inspire you to do something that might give you some happy moments.
For example if you go to a painting exhibition where you have never been before. You might feel very attractive to the different paintings around and your skill of painting might get inspired and you may start painting and creating happy moments for you.
We never know, what will actually inspire each one of us..
Travel as much possible-
Travel to new places to gather new experiences and learn new culture. This might help you to develop new likings. You might get inspired to create something new out of these travel experiences.
But its not possible for everyone of us to travel so much. Even going to nearby or new places in our surroundings can also help us.
For example if we have never been to a theater where Dramas are acted out live on stage. We might go there and experience new thing. If we have never been to a stadium, we can go for watching matches. This might inspire us in a way which we may not realize.
Make a list of things you like-
Try to sit one day with a pen and paper and think rigorously to find out whichever thing or activity you like most. List at least five things of this type.
Practice each thing you like-
Whatever you have listed before, try to carry out or practice each thing for 15 to 20 minutes daily.
Suppose if I like to paint, I should give at least some time to think about that art. without giving time or practicing we can never achieve those happy moments,.
Create involvements for yourself-
Give time for meeting people, talking to people, going out for a walk or even making a short party with your friends. Create your own involvements. You can make a list and allot time for each activity of your choice to make compact plan for yourself. Also keep time for rest.
Give time to household work-
Never ignore or underestimate your household activity. If you get bored with them, take them as a piece of relaxation amidst your work.
Suppose when you have planned your activities for a day, keep some some time in between for household work. This way the household work will be completed and you also will not get bored.
Give time to keeping yourself clean and beautiful-
Give time for cleaning your surroundings and yourself. You can go for a oil message. You can apply a pack. You can trim your hair and cut your nails or do nail art. Give sometime to give yourself a new fresh look.
You can also shop new products to make yourself look different and fresh. This way you will make a happy self.
Give time to practice a skill-
Practice daily whatever things or activities you like. Suppose if I like singing then regularly I need to practice that so that I can be more efficient in it and also create happy moments for myself.
Give time for relaxation-
And please allot some time for your relaxation. It can be social media, it can be online sources of entertainment or whatever that you like.
IT CAN BE FACEBOOK, INTAGRAM OR OTHER APPS TOO. WE NEED TO SPEND SOME TIME ON THESE TOO.
Creating happiness is hard if you think so but its too easy if you try to make yourself happy or give yourself those happy moments.
