Every year after Durga Puja I gather another round of happiness by the bonnet of Diwali and that starts with Dhanteras.

On Dhanteras each year I perform a special prayer dedicated to God Kuber and Dhanyantari .

I really get a lot of positivity after I perform thd prayers.

Yesterday was Dhanteras and I spent the entire day with a lot of positivity.

I cleaned my household specially kitchen and worshipping place.

And I performed a prayer to Mata Laxmi and in the evening I went out to get the pradip and candles and all other auspicious things that you keeping your house during Diwali.

I bought the traditional alpan stickers from the market.

These alpana stickers are very auspicious . They say that if you put alpana on the floor during Diwali or on Dhanteras you get to keep the negativity out of your life andbhousehold.

I bought thd swastikas and all those auspicious things we put at the entrance of your house. 

So I had went to the market for shopping all these things. Then I bought a pair of gold earrings and a copper water pot for offering prayers.

They say you need to buy some metals during Dhanteras. SoI bought them.

Then while coming back from the market I found a beautiful Dhanteras mela on the way. I went their and bought a pretty yellow colored cup from there.

Actually cups attract mee a  lot and I drink a lot of tea the entire day so beautiful cups do attract me a lot.

I came home and then I did the sandhya arti which I do regularly.

Then I performed the Dhanteras prayers which was so inspiring for me.

Each year when I perform this Dhanteras prayers I refill myself with lots of positive energy.

I love to do prayers and I also do s lot of chanting but on Dhanteras day and during Diwali its always very gery special for me.

And I think every person is filled with positivity and happiness with the festival of lights.

And Dhanteras is s special time when we all feel so happy and festive spirited .

With Dhanteras our Diwali gets a start and this auspicious time is so necessary for every one of us.

Each year I wait for Durga Puja  Dhanteras and Diwali.It actually lights up the spirit.
