Since the beginning of human civilization, some questions have puzzled our intellect. With the huge advancement of science and technology, the way of life has been transformed over the years.
But some questions still remain unanswered for us. Science has not been able to answer those fundamental questions about our human existence. Spirituality came into existence to answer those questions.
Here in Bharat, thousands of years ago, great sages left a huge amount of knowledge and wisdom that can quench the thirst of a real seeker.
Every human being fears death and disease and constantly worries about the security of the future. But believing that we are actually a soul, or “brahman," that existed from eternity and took innumerable incarnations gives us a totally different perspective on life.

People often think spirituality is for the old and miserable. But in reality, spirituality is the way we perceive our existence. Like we all need financial knowledge for making the right kind of investment, in that way we also need spiritual knowledge for modulating our thoughts, emotions, anger, ego, etc.
Regularly reading Gita or any other insight-full book and doing meditation tremendously improve our mental health; we do become more compassionate and less complaining.
Reading stories from the Ramayana and Mahabharata will certainly help our children develop better ideals in life, which in turn will make a better society.
Science has given humans an enormous amount of power, but we also need wisdom to use this to benefit our community. The ill effects of industrialization that lead to climate change affect our food, water and air. That has endangered the very existence of human civilization.
To sum up, it is suggested that we not postpone spirituality for old age. Regardless of our age, we can start our journey from a life full of anxiety to a life full of gratitude and inner peace.
