God created the earth and adorned it with all the beauties we see in nature. While appreciating the beauties of nature the one thing that always takes our heart is Flower.

Flowers are beautiful in themselves. They are colourful, they symbolises new life everyday and brings happiness. All the flowers are different from each other in their colour, shape, size and fragnance. But one thing common in them is that they are all beautiful.

Getting up in the morning the first thing I do is visit my terrace garden and watch those little life has bloomed. The view of freshly bloomed flowers decorating my entire terrace gives a special feeling, certain peace of mind and an energetic start to the day.

Invest your love in flowers and I promise they would never let you down. After a tiring hectic day of tight schedule, when I spend some time with these beautiful creatures, nourish them, take care of them, it seems to take away all the worries of the day and I feel so relaxed.

I started gardening from a very early age. I have a small terrace garden and it to me is nothing less than heaven. Trust me, once you start to love plants and flowers they will always be there for you. They can lift your mood instantly.

You can also build your own roof/terrace garden yourself. It is neither very difficult to maintain nor too expensive. A plant has very less demand so you don't have to invest a lot of anything in gardening. Just some care whenever you have time and your love for them is enough.

To begin with you just have to plant a plant properly in soil or in small tub of soil and water it regularly morning and evening. It costs very almost nothing,  just a few bucks on tubs.

As an alternative we can also use plastic bags or used old jars as pots for gardening. And this literally costs you nothing. So this is a very environment friendly solution for zero investment gardening.

So as we can see with such low or no investment we can start terrace gardening, but when your newly planted plant blossoms its first flower the pleasure it gives is beyond all the riches of the world. You may find it funny now but you can relate to what I am saying, once you yourself see it happen.

People often say that our urban life doesn't give us the ample time or the houses or flats we live in doesn't have sufficient space fot gardening. But this problem also has solution.

We can buy ready made indoor or outdoor plants from nurseries or any plant shops around us and place them in our living room or varenda. This also give a nice look to our home.

We can also use fertilizers and insecticides for better results. Please use organic fertilizers and insecticides.

Try to bring a plant, see them grow and bloom and feel the joy of gardening.
