Today I am going to tell about cheese chilli kebab. In which chicken marinate with cheese, chilli and creamy marination. It's every bite feels you wow.
So don't late for this, Let's start our today delicious recipe.
INGREDIENTS
500 gm of cube cutting chicken bone / boneless
4 slice of amul cheese (Grated)
8 no. of green chilli ( finely chopped )
3 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
½ cup of cashewnut powder
1 cup of amul fresh cream
1 cup of hung youghrt
Salt to taste
1 tsp Cardamom powder
½ tsp of chat masala
1 tbsp of roasted besan
3 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of lemon juice
Butter
Coriander leaf for garnish
METHOD
First wash chicken well. Then chicken marinate with lemon, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Keep aside for 30 min.
Take a bowl, put ingredients (G G Paste, Cashewnut Pwd, A Fresh Cream, Hung Curd, Salt, Cardamom Pwd, Chat Masala, Roasted Besan, Olive oil, and Lime Juice) mix well to get a smooth mixture.
Then add grated cheese and Green Chilly. Mix well.
Stain the chicken in a stainer.
Now add in marination or masala.
Mix well, keep in chiller and left for 2 hrs.
After 2 hrs take it out, and skewe in a skewer.
Put in tandoor in medium heat, wait for half cook.
After half cook take out and hang it for chicken water drained out.
Now ckn cover with silver foil, and put in tandoor for 10 mins.
Take it , remove silver for then put another 2 mins.
Then apply some butter on chicken.
Now kebab is ready to eat.
Take in bowl, add some butter, coriander leaf and little chat masala. Toast it.
Garnish a serving plate.
Now transfer to serving plate. Mint chuney keep side on plate in a sauce bowl.
Serve with roti, chappati and poratta.
NOTE :- IF YOU GUYS DON'T KNOW, HOW TO MAKE ROASTED BESAN. HERE IS PROCESS FOR THIS.
Chop Green chilly, Chopginger, Chopgarlic and Beasn Flour.
Take a fry pan, add some butter, then add all chilli, Chop Gin.., Chop Gar..
Saute it, cook till getting golden colour.
Then add B Flour, saute it and keep stiring, cook till roasted smell come from this.
Then turn off the flame, transfer to another plate. Let wait for cool down.
Then nicely wipe mixi jar, then add this mixture. And make a fine powder.
Now this is ready. To use in keab.
