BEETROOT CHEESE KEBAB STUFFED WITH CREAM CHEESE AND PERFECTLY SHALLOW FRIED. THIS TIKKI CREAMY FILL DELICIOUS"

In indian cousin have lot of delicious stater / snack that make your day.

Today i am going to tell you one of the delicious stater recipe BEETROOT CHEESE KEBAB

INGREDIANTS

  • Cumin seed.
  • Garlic.
  • Ginger.
  • Onion.
  • Green chilli.
  • Beetroot.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Fenugreek leaves.
  • Coriander leaves.
  • Potato.
  • Bread crumbs.
  • Cream cheese.
  • Basil leaf.
  • Ghee.

FOR MINT  C

  • Mint
  • Ginger
  • Coriander leaves
  • Raw mango
  • Green chilly
  • Black salt
  • Chaat masala
  • Salt
  • Lime
  • Curd

 

METHOD

  • Ginger, Garlic, Onion and green chilly chopped nicely.
  • Grate the beetroot.
  • Crush the dry fenugreek leaf.
  • Finely chop the coriander leaves and basil leaf.
  • Boil the potato and mash nicely.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seed.
  • When it crackled then add Ginger and garlic, saute it.
  • Then add chopped onion and chopped green chilly , saute it well.
  • After that add grated beetroot, saute well.
  • Then add salt and crushed dry fenugreek leaf, saut it till cook well.
  • At last add finely chopped coriander leaves, mix well.
  • Then add mashed potato and finely chopped basil leaf, mix well and keep aside.
  • Take a small bowl put cream cheese, then add basil leaf in it, and mix well.
  • Now, make small ball for tikki (patties).
  • Then stuffed cream cheese in small ball, and make patties 6 to 8 Nos. Keep aside
  • Now, heat a pan then add ghee.
  • Then put patties in pan, shallow fry till light golden colour of patties.
  • Then take it out and now ready to eat.
  • You can serve with mint chutney.

I am telling you mint chutney recipe in below.

METHOD FOR MINT CHUTNEY

  • First wash all thing properly, then break mint leaves.
  • Cut coriander leaf, ginger, and raw mango
  • Then put all thing in ice water, for chilled that.
  • Then take out from ice water, put in grinder.
  • Then make a thick paste, at grinding time put some ice for keeping chilling.
  • If grinding time veg is chilled then your chutney color not faded.
  • After making a paste add salt, black salt, chaat masala, lime juice and curd. Mix well
  • Now your mint chutney ready.

NOTE - In mint chutney quantity of min leaves more than coriander leaves.
