The main thing you should keep In your mind is that you should eat full of stamach 

Every one is seeking for weight loss but their is no correct information in internet 

Here I am posting a blog on this it is a super amazing diet but is is not a diet it's a life style 

Let's go back to lakhs of years ago in the early man' s time no one was effected by any diseases and health problems after the agricultural sources the problem where started fom this  carbohydrates so we should stop eating carbohydrates and convert to the fat +protein.

Because the over body is fromed of protein and fats 

The main thing is to stop vegetable oils and convert them to ghee coconut oil and butter 

Things to start this diet ( life style)

  1.  You should stop vegetable oils convert them into dhee butter and coconut oil 
  2. Start with intermediate fasting because till now your body is running on carbohydrates 
  3. You should covert your body from carbohydrates to fat + protine 
  4. If you star directly you will get some motions and fever 
  5. Don't worry it is a conversation process 
  6. The main thing don't eat leafy vegetables that contains oxalates 
  7. The oxalates are the most dengerous thing 
  8. The one leaf of spinach contact 600count of oxalates 
  9. So stop eating oxalates 
  10. The main thing is eat mutton in this diet with ghee 
  11. U will be having fast results The vegitarians and non vegetarians  both can do this diet 
  12. The main thing is the vegitarians will be having late weight loss 
  13. But vegitarians should include the eggs in every meals 
  14. For vegitarians it will be some deffect because the veg meals contain all carbohydrates 
  15. So till will be very slow for vegitarians
  16. It is a super diet all 
  17. You can reverse your diabetes 
  18. Make sure that you should avoid fruits and sugars for first 30days 
  19. After this diet u can eat as that as  cheat day 
  20. By this diet you can reverse diabetes moreover best to reverse pcos problems for womens 
  21. This diet is best for women to loss weight after pregnancy 
  22. It is a significantly proven by doctors and science 
  23. You can avoid constipation problems also 
  24. It is good for skin blood you can reverse triglycerides 
  25. U can reverse every Problem by this diet

dude use Grammarly it will allow you to write better English. and the thing is that even if you eat salad all day and just be a lazy bum it's of no use, you need to use your body just do basic exercise, walks, jogs even going up and down the stairs 100 times a day is better.
