Meditation can also bring self-awareness that will allow your mind and body to relax more easily during stressful times and reduce the risk of lung cancer and heart disease- overall it can reduce the risk of death by up to half. Along with the meditation, a healthy lifestyle with good hobbies can add up to the fit and wonderful life. It will help you to maintain a mental discipline that breaks dependencies which mainly creates a self-awareness and control over the activities.

Further, physical activity and exercise is a huge contributor for a healthy lifestyle and people need to use their body in a positive and useful manner. Regular fitness helps to fight chronic diseases and makes body stronger towards the unhealthy environment. Healthy living includes mental as well as physical health that is also a major part of the body as it works towards teh development. Mental health needs to be strong for managing the daily routine works with the enhancement in performance.
