All the people in our society should learn to respect each and every person who is surviving in the society as well as never underestimate any people based on their caste, colour, gender and the work they do. I have seen many people treating the BBMP workers, cleaners, doing some sweeping job in a bad way, that people will be looked down, they will be treated very bad and will be judged by the work they do.

This is very wrong we must never underestimate or judge anyone based on the work they do each and every work in the society is important if there are no frontline workers like sweepers, BBMP cleaners etc then who will clear the garbage in our society ? who will clean the dirty things in the road that we pollute?

We must just think once before underestimating them or treating them in a bad way; it's we should who must be treated bad for polluting our country using and throwing the waste up on the road, spitting up on the road, doing lots of pollution and spoiling the nature. It's we who are to be underestimated not the workers who keep our society clean by working hard no matter how disgusting the garbage is they will clean it at any cost and help to keep our society clean but we will treat them like they are the stigma.

we never give them money or help them or neither talk to them nicely. if we can't help them then at least we should not underestimate them and treat them as the lower class people let's respect them, the best thing to do is not to judge them at least. During the pandemic time  I saw a news that women in a house shooed the BBMP workers away as they asked for a single bottle of water. Aren't we capable of giving them water which we get free of cost at least?? It's really bad that how people treat them like animals, we must help them as they will work all the day in the hot sun just to maintain the cleanliness of the society.

Let's respect all the work and all the people in the society, let's bring about a positive change. Let the change begins from us first, so that other people will get inspired and treat everyone equally without judging or underestimating anyone.
