Before being adapted by Netflix as an original series, the series debuted on Lifetime.
YOU suggested itself when I began exploring for programmes on Netflix. Since I knew very little about television shows and English films, I simply read the show's description before beginning to watch it. I continued watching it after the first two or three episodes without realising that I had been doing it nonstop for three hours. I'll keep my word! Your time will be effectively consumed.
Should I watch it? If someone asks me. Absolutely, I'll say yes.
The plot of the series revolves around Joe Goldberg, a bookstore employee, and his instantaneous love for Guinevere Beck, a customer. Joe fell in love with Beck the moment he laid eyes on her. which results in pursuing her home, to the home of her friend, killing her friends, etc.
Joe, in a nutshell, is someone who craves love. Because he was abused as a child, his love is tinged with rage and arrogance. He can love a woman in ways that no other man can, but when they decide or want to leave his side, he can't take it and will kill them. The story unfolds between love at first sight and love at last breath.
"Is that really that good?" everyone wonders after being asked if they should watch. "It depends," I'll say. People's tastes vary, as we all know. I can guarantee that those who are like me will enjoy it. People who enjoy watching Psych thrillers can get some popcorn and enjoy the show. Bingeing is really the only way to watch this type of TV show, so you're lucky that it's now available on OTT. It's "that stalker show" that no one has seen but everyone has heard about. You should start with them if you want to know what those TV freaks are talking about right now.
The series is divided into four
parts. Joe's essence can be found in all three parts in different ways. We can find more interesting characters through out the series who take the place of beck. You will definitely fall in love with Love. Cant relate ? Go ahead and watch You. You should watch it with no expectations. You'll have a great time.
