Whenever you feel upset and you feel a bit lonely don't be sad , just take a walk and get embrace by the surrounding and the nature's beauty .
What I do is every evening I walk and looks out the beauty of clouds, trees , sky and birds by seeing these awful scene makes up my mind and I feel very refreshing and by walking the whole way , not just only walking help me but also it helps in concentrating in the field I need the concentration for.
Walking helps to cure in many things like rehabilitation for those who seeks a good way to start to cure your injuries or whatever you facing .
If you walk atleast for 30 mins its good for the blood circulation as our whole body moves and through head to toe it flows and the blood circulates , it gives a very great feeling to you.
Even athletes also recommends those who start first walking a kilometre than a small jog and then they start their training .
In a survey the doctors also admit that walking is the best and very efficient exercise for all the people.
Everyone should walk atleast 10,000 steps in a day so your whole activity can be in the active mode .
If your steps is less about 5000 than you should complete the rest of the steps, so you can come a step closer to the active mode of the activity stats .
You can take help of your mobile phone kn counting your steps or there are alot of applications which comes with real time tracking of your foot steps .
Nowadays the smart phones also come with such features like step counter and drinking water reminder and much more .
Milkha Singh India's legend , day before yesterday he died , his words for all youth was ." Be the best version of yourself , that you admired for " . So keep goal and walk towards what you seek for.
