First of all I wanted you to know that you are not alone, but your are in just anxiety. Due to this pandemic most of you are in anxiety of your future things. Your are fear about what will happen to your future things in this pandemic season. We are fearing a change of emotional state. So here are some categories of fear that we have……..
These are the some categories that we are fearing most about. So we are fearing to assigned belief to that thing. Foe example----- Losing job is a lost or being rejected, when you not see that in that way you are no longer in fear of life.
Steps to not worry or fear about future things:
We need to be prepared for what we have to being scared of, in order to be prepared we fist need to be aware.
Instead of focusing all of the details like our specific goals, we want to focus on our target which is like what kind of life we want? How do we want to feel? What values that we want to honor?
Fear of the future doesn't protect you. It distracts you from creating the powerful present which actually prepares you for that uncertainty future.
All fixed and set patterns are incapable of adaptability and to apply, the truth is all out of fixed patterns. Absorb what is useful, discard what is useless and add what is specifically you owned.
Create a flexible frame work to deal with future fears. Staying in relaxation, being soft helps you out off anxiety. Anxiety is just like a dark tunnel, when you see this anxiety as an obstacle or as a challenge that is what scares you most, instead when you see it as a part of the process, it helps you to come up with a solution.
The last thing we have to do is to keep move forward. Whenever you are confused about you future, just back and isolate yourself and think about the steps you have to take care about to keep forward by your own. It doesn't have to be totally clear, or it doesn't have to be exactly linear, sometime when you drive, its foggy and you can't see what is next, and then you turn on the lights, you drive a bit slower, but you won't stop moving, because you know that you have to increase your awareness.
