Our daily routine consists of all our habits whether healthy or unhealthy.  Healthy habits provides us with more energy, power and peace to mind and body whereas unhealthy habits leads to anxiety, less energy and more health issues. A day started with good and positive energy will results in more happiness and satisfaction for the whole day. Adding some simple steps in daily routine will help you in having a healthier and positive lifestyle. These simple steps will serve as building blocks for more energy and healthy life.

  • Start Your Day With Warm or Lemon Water: Consuming warm water or lemon water will help in detoxifying all the chemical substances in body and reduces the levels of acidity which in turn protects you from inflammatory diseases and other infections.
  • Morning Exercise: Exercising daily in the morning will increase your energy levels and blood circulation in the body. Perform certain yogaasanas and do meditation for relaxing mind and body. 
  • Don't Miss Your Breakfast: Breakfast is very important for your health and plays a vital role in providing energy and alertness to the mind and body for the whole day. It must include healthy mix of protein, vitamins and minerals and fibers.
  • Read Some Good Books or Thoughts: As for keeping mind and body filled with positive vibes and energy, we must spend few hours in reading good books or good thoughts. These activities will help in releasing positive energy that further helps in refreshing and relaxing mind and body.
  • Stay Hydrated: Staying hydrated is very important because even mild dehydration ranging from 1-3% will lead to issues with mood, concentration, headaches, fatigue and anxiety. Moreover drinking water will help kin detoxifying harmful substances from your body. You can add lemon, few mint leaves in your water for better detoxification.
  • Eat Healthy Lunch: For healthier lunch one can add salads like cucumber, beetroot, tomatoes, carrots and bell peppers. Or else you can consume sprouts, fresh vegetable soup or fresh fruits. Avoid too much fat at lunch time as it would lead to lethargy which will be proved as a roadblock for performing other activities in your day.
  • Take a Break: Now-a-days we all are almost working from home which really affected our eating habits and body posture. Take a break of 10-15 minutes. Do some stretching, shut down your pc or mobile, walk for a while and relax. You can spend some time outside in nature and have some fresh air. These activities will re-energize for another working hours. 
  • Dinner: Be realistic and choose that dinner which does not require much time to digest. Have some vegetables or plant-based proteins that will help in minimizing the acidity level in your body. Walk 100 steps after consuming your dinner for better digestion.
