Hello and welcome back to my blog. Today I'm going to tell you all about what to do when you feel ow/demotivated etc. Everyone of us have a bad day and to overcome that is our goal. Noone likes to be sad and dull so take the first step to make your day better. I used to also feel that lack of motivation, sadness, expirencing a bad day. But with time i figured out ways to overcome this.
You can do the following things when you feel low/ demotivated/ sad.
These are the few steps that would make you feel light and relieved.
Taking a quick nap isn't the solution to your problem but sometimes the solution is right in front of you and you can't recognise it. This happens because your body and mind needs relaxation they have been working, overthinking and fighting with so many thoughts that they do get tired. Make your body/mind calm. Take a quick nap this will help you forget about problems for a short while and you can wake up all fresh to solve the issue. After relaxation your mind will be active again and a kickstart will be provided to it to think positively and innovatively. That's why a quick,short and sweet nap is important.
Secondly i mentioned was to talk to yourself. Sometimes when we feel sad and low we have so much in that it has to spoken somewhere. And if you are a person like me who hesitates or doesn't want to open up in front of anyone than you can talk to yourself. Stand in front of the mirror or record yourself in the camera or just ait in a quite place and start speaking. Let everything out that you have been holding in for so long. Trust me this works so well you won't need any one to listen to you later. Once everything inside you is out you can feel that relief.
Next one is my favourite thing to do is to write it down. Try to maintain a journal if not than just take a paper and a pen and let the flow begin. Write everything down which makes you feel sad or low. This is the best way to feel better because ot everyone of us is better with words and talking. But by this way you can write everything down which you can't say. Things that can not be spoken can be written down. You can do this not only when you are sad or low but you can also so this activity when you want to appreciate/ Thank someone but you are not so good with words and speaking directly. Just write it and give them. Your pure emotions will reach to them and also it would be so special to that opposite person as nowadays people don't write they just prefer to text.
