Skin is the largest organ of the body and it should be treated with some extra care. And skin type will differ from person to person. And here these tips will suit for all skin types. Do follow for proper result.
Here some natural ingredients made you to get Flawless skin:
Coconut oil: coconut oil has much benefits on skin, it has antioxidants and healing properties and not suitable for every skin type. If you have any allergies, you can't use coconut oil.
Beetroot: beetroots are rich in antioxidants which helps you to repair your dead skin cells and prevent production of free radicals and removes pigmentation. Drinking beer juice in a daily basis will help your blood to be purified and get healthy glowing skin.
Turmeric: Turmeric having antifungal properties which will give you a healthy skin. It's the traditional way to get clear skin, Also improve skin tone and removes suntan.
Spinach: spinach is packed with antioxidants and high in vitamins and minerals helps you to have flawless skin and helps in combating early ageing.
Lemon: Having high vitamin c content, which helps in repairing skin, and gives you natural glow, removes dark spot and age spot. Lemon water can be drink in early morning or in evening. Squeeze half lemon in a glass of luke warm water and have it regularly for better results.
Flax seeds: flaxseeds rich in Omega 3 fatty acids that keeps you healthy and fight against inflammation and helps to retain moisture. Flax seeds can be powdered and added to your daily diet. Flaxseeds can be powdered and topped in fruits and vegetables salads.

Here's the sample diet plan for glowing skin :
Early morning: luke warm water with half lemon juice + 5-8 soaked almonds.
Breakfast: 1 wheat bread with boiled eggs (2) and fresh fruits (1 cup).
Mid-morning: 1 cup green tea / coconut water / fruits or vegetables juice (unstrained).
Lunch: 1 cup brown rice with grilled chicken/ lentil soup with vegetables salads.
Evening Snack: 3 walnuts with fruits salad seasoned with flax seeds.
Dinner: vegetables curry with 2 whole wheat breads/ 2 Roti with Dhal (1 cup).
Bedtime: warm milk with a pinch of turmeric (1 cup).
