🎉In this blog we all going to see how harm the junk food is!!! That's why saying NO sometimes will help you definitely… As a Dietician I personally suggest everyone to reduce junk food intake and can go for it monthly once or twice and not more than that… this will paves a way to live a healthy and happy life.🎊🎉
🌭🥪🍔🌮🌯🍟🍕The Junk Foods I loved the most was noodles, pizza's, pastas, pastries, french fries etc.., But my intake of junk food frequency is monthly once.🥘🌯🧆🍗🥫
🍰🥧🥮🍦🍨Junk Foods : are the food materials that contains high calories, with sugar and salt content. And have very little amounts of proteins, vitamins and minerals. Junk Foods also called as highly processed food.🍩🍫🍭🍬🍪
Harmful effects of Junk foods :
🍬🍨🍫🥮🍫It's having more and more negative impacts on every living population life. A big no to junk food and A kind request for all new mom's is not to give biscuits as a snack, once they start realising and ask for biscuits we can offer a very little quantity. Because it's having unhealthy substances like maida...So, have to restrict to certain age.., And they may get addicted towards it.🍔🥪🍪🌮🍔🥪
I used to see now a days many children suffering from cancers, obesity, cardiac failure the main cause behind this was unhealthy eating habits. So please think wisely before feeding your child…🍪🍪
Don't cultivate the habit of online buying of food and go for home cooked foods. Keep in mind!!!🍰🍫🥧🍨🥪🥮🍔
That's why I am saying that “sometimes saying NO to junk foods will save you”.., 🌭🥪🥮🍕🍪🍪🍬
