Hello all!!!  In this blog I'm going to share my own experience…hope it would be quite interesting to all of you 😊✌️

A day that I confirmed my pregnancy🤰 is the best day in my life and for my family members too…New arrival of a member in our family made ourself so excited and we all overwhelmed with joy.🤰

So many preparations and precautions to get 🍎🍉🍠🥕🍅🥦🥬🍗🥩adequate nutrition throughout my pregnancy. Myself a Dietician and Nutritionist I made a clear cut plan for what and all I should eat and should avoid this made me to have healthy growth of my baby.🥝🍇🥥🥬🍅🍑🥭

🥤Adequate water intake plays major role in maintaining proper hydration and it gives appropriate temperature to the baby. 🥤

First 3 months passed…and my first scan, that day still vibrant in my heart because I heard my baby's heart beat for the first time so can't explain those happiness in words.🥰

Then reaching correct weight and proper development of all organs. But I  had full concentration on optimal growth and development of my baby. 🤩

Many restrictions made myself to deliver a baby without any complications.So, I'm underwent so many diet restrictions,regular physical activity and keeping my mind so relaxed and preparing myself for new part of my life.

Side-by-side My life inside me started growing day by day….🥳

Still I can feel those moments…at 6months I started walking every morning and evening. And my hubby supported me a lot.🤗

Everything is normal , But I can feel the changes inside me…and preparing my mind to be ready for that change…😌

And pregnancy complications like swelling of feet and some other complications were started and I'm handling those complications very normally…I'm not tensed or feel hesitated🙂 

Then comes 9th month very crucial stage of pregnancy…Majority of the  women lose their patience level at this month because they'll give estimated delivery date but it's very difficult to wait for our longings right??? But it's worth waiting. ⏳

Finally the day arrives I got pain in that estimated date not before or after that date….that date very precious day in my life….

❤️🙏Thanking God for those MAGICAL MOMENTS of my life… Got pain by 2:00 am and after few hours of managing pain 9:42am My little prince was born with a loud cry…That cry made me feel that it was the biggest achievement of every women✌🏻✨🎉.

🧚I'm praying God to give all women a good strength, happiness and blessings abundantly.🧚
