Hello all!!! Hope you all doing good and great. Here's another healthy blog about enrichment of some of our breakfast recipes.

So., Hope everybody's gaining some knowledge regarding diet and food and please let me know that.., you can tell me that in comments section below πŸ’ŒπŸ‘‡ keep interacting then only it will be more interesting for me to write. Without further delay we'll get into our today's topic..,

Majority of  population in Tamilnadu were used to have idli or dosas for their breakfast and dinner. Because it's very easy to make and that was good in taste too.., but the nutrients present in idly and dosa batter is rice, which is said to be a major source of carbohydrates.

And this idli and dosa will be your both breakfast as well as dinner. Then how come you met your nutritional requirements???

Here some ways to make your idli and dosa as a better one:

First step : You have to use batter which is grinded in your home and not to prefer outside batters or instant idli or dosa mixes that is very unhealthy.

You have to grind your own batter according to your need. Everyone is busy now a days there's no time to find and grind batters and all.., this is a response I get from my patients. But that's why they came to me as a patients. That was my comment for them.., just for funπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Instead of adding too much of parboiled rice you can add one glass of red rice, one glass of parboiled  rice and urad dal as needed. Try to incorporate red rice in batter and then you can add Fenugreek seeds in that idli dosa batter.

Another method is grind the batter and add some fresh spinach or palak leaves to increase the nutrient content. Garlic, ginger and spinach leaves blend those ingredients separately and then add it to a batter. Then you can have dosa or idli. It's very healthy in developing strong bones and immunity also gives you good vision.

The same method instead of spinach leaves you can have blended beetroot and carrot juice into the batter. We are using the same batter enriching by different components.

And mostly for idli dosa.., we used to take sambar and coconut chutney… so you can have moringa leaves or moringa leaves powder into sambar.., also can have Curry leaves in coconut chutney.

Hope this blog will be useful for my fellow bloggers. Thank you πŸ’— don't forget to comment your valuable opinion through comments section below πŸ’ŒπŸ‘‡
