Hello all!!! Hope for the best as always… weekend is gone and again it's time for weekdays…Every human population have to face the race that may be a school or college or work etc.., So Everyone needs some energy to face your daily routine…and here in this blog I'm going to say about magical ingredients that can be included in your daily diet for better performance throughout your day. Without further delay we'll get into today's blog.

Here in this blog I'm going to share some thoughts about dry fruits. Dry fruits also called dried fruits. And name itself indicates that the substances are dried manually to enhance the flavour, also the nutritive value and increase the shelf life of the dry fruits.

Here some commonly known dried fruits are as follows., Dates, raisins, prunes, dry figs, after knowing the importance many fruits also dried fruits like..,papaya, kiwi, pineapple, also dried now a days. Drying process and methods will vary from one another.

Benefits of eating dried fruits and seeds :

  • Dried fruits boost our immunity by producing antioxidants
  • High fiber content in dried fruits helps you full for longer time and therefore gives you satiety.
  • Relieves you from constipation, helps in bowel movements due to high fibre content.
  • Gives you Feeling of fullness.., will avoid excess eating therefore it promotes weight loss.
  • It's the complete package of nutrients.., thus provides you instant energy.
  • Keeps your skin healthy and blemishes and hydrate your skin.
  • Helps in improving your immunity that will protect your from frequent illness or diseases.

And there is a limitation for every ingredients that we all using in our daily living. So, here also we should apply the same formula.  Eating with limits. Everything in moderation only.  And recommended dietary allowance RDA of eating dry fruits, nuts and seeds are about maximum of 30 grams per day which nearly came around your one handful and not beyond that limit for positive health benefits.

Also I'm suggesting my clients to have dry fruits and seeds daily as a first food in morning instead of tea coffee. Soak 3 almonds, 2 walnuts, 5 black grapes, 2 dry fig, 2 black dates, 3 cashews soak all these ingredients in water and allow it overnight. And early morning have to blend all these and can add flax seeds powder while serving for better results. You have to follow this for maximum 3months definitely you'll notice some positive difference in you. Can reduce dry figs and dates incase of high blood pressure and diabetic too.
