So I'm here to share about how i lose my weight from 73kg to my ideal weight 58kg in 3months with a proper and healthy routine . Some tips to avoid my cravings and to be more consistent and focused to lose my excess bod fat in healthy manner.
(6.00 AM) Brisk walking for 8k to 10k steps ( Weekly thrice) The only exercise I followed during my weight loss journey . I used to track my step with my phone.
(8.00 AM) I used to drink warm water ( Two glasses) . To calculate the calories I add chia seeds to water and soak it for 15mins then I will consume it.
(9.00 AM) I will consume 5 soaked almonds and one walnut “DAILY IN MORNING WITHOUT FAIL”
(9.30 AM) Light weight tiffin items without any oil like Dosa, idly, upma or oats with warm water.
(12.00PM) Snack item like apple , Watermelon , Banana or any Channa items with mild oil fry.
( DURING 2.00 PM TO 3.00PM) Brown rice with more vegetables or any green vegetables and the vegetables which are high content in protein and boiled egg during the lunch with warm water.
(4.00 PM) Same snacks which i suggested in 12.00 pm or else fruits are more preferrable or else coffee with less sugar to increase the metabolism.
(6.00 PM to 7.00PM ) Ideal time to finish the dinner with Chapati and with some veggies or egg or panner.
After a certain period of time water can be consumed to handle the hungriness and cravings during night. Most preferable turmeric milk at night with less sugar or else buttermilk , coconut water during snack time.
We need to control the sugar intake to see changes like inch loss in our stomach and hip i have more focused to bring a perfect shape to my body to look good in traditional wears .
Fruits like watermelon , cucumber , apple , banana , muskmelon , Avocoda are suggested to take while dieting . In vegetables like Pumpkin, cauliflower , beetroot , carrot and green vegetables are mostly preferred. Brown rice , Black Channa , White Channa , Oats , eggs , ragi drink and protein drinks are suggested.
If you're good with yoga , dance , cycling , skipping can be included during evening times to be more consistent to weight loss. Overall this was my routine for 3 months.
