Hello all!!! Hope you all doing good and great. I'm not regular for the past one week and the main reason behind this was our views on candlemonk is really disappointed me and so I'm not have intrest for The past one week and now I'm changing my mindset and share a useful thought for some people which will bring a drastic change in their life…, I'm not going to mean the views, the points and followers too…but I'm going to change someone life positively ❀️ with lots of love and care.😊✌🏻

Basic Things to understand : 

  • Food : Food is a substance that is consumed by all living organisms to fulfill their Nutritional needs and to support their body. It's usually made of plant or animal origin which contains essential nutrients like carbs, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals. Those food materials is ingested by an living organisms and assimilated, digested by the organisms cells in order to produce energy and to stimulates growth.
  • Nutrition : Nutrition is a branch of science that deals with food intake of living organisms for the maintenance of life, growth and involve in reproduction and functions of organs and tissues and for the production of energy.
 
  • Diet : Diet plays an important role in day to day life. It's necessary for living beings to lead a healthy and nutritious life with family and community. Diet refers to the food substances which they were eating and drinking in daily lifestyle and it's the mental connection towards eating. There are different types of diet. And I'll be sharing you about some of the diets in upcoming blogs..so keep supporting and interact with me as always πŸ’ŒπŸ˜Š
 
  • Balanced diet : A diet which contains both quality and quantity of foods from all the food groups which will paves a way to maintain healthy weight and healthy life is known as balanced diet. Each diet and eating patterns will differ from others. It's depends upon the weight of a person, location of the person, food cost spent by that person etc.., but being regular in maintaining diet will help you all a lot.
