Hello all!!! Happy New year all!! Hope you all doing good and well. Keep on going 🎉🎊 you are doing a great job. In my previous blog I share a small introduction for healthy life.

And, now I'm here to share few important ideas to lead a healthy life. Here we go, 

Why healthy life is important for us??  Healthy lifestyle is very important now a days. Due to this pandemic situation covid we all should possess a good health to lead a healthy life and free from infectious diseases. For this you need a good immunity. 

Then how your immune system is built???  Our body having certain mechanism.., and one of the important functions of body is to protect or self defence mechanism to protect ourselves from various disease or disorders. And for this purpose immunity is very important.

How to gain a healthy immune system?? Here are some ways to have a healthy immunity is by proper diet, healthy eating habits, minimal physical activity, proper sleep, stress free mind or depression free state of being. This are the ways which help you all in gaining immunity.

Some major signs you're lacking immunity:

  • Frequent illness: frequency of diseases or infections or illness will definitely shows your immune power. More frequent illness, reduced immune power. Common infections like fever, common cold, cough, vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea etc..,
  • Lack of sleep : your sleep cycle gets disturbed and not able to sleep properly. Without adequate sleep you bodies mechanism will getting slower thus, allow the invading germs and bacteria inside your body and causes infections.
  • Improper diet : you should know about what you are eating, must go for balanced diet to protect yourself from infections. Give preference to fruits and vegetables and limit oil and fried foods consumption. Once in a while you can eat junks, but not regularly.
  • Inactiveness: this is the sign, that your body's mechanism is slowing down and can't able to perform effectively. So, keep on active throughout the day so, this stimulates your body to work more efficiently.

These are the some of the signs of low immunity. And I'm telling you the top secret to build immunity is give immune Boosting Foods which are naturally available I had told you in my previous blogs. Do check that also for your reference. And give those foods in childhood itself.., because that is the stage were everything is prone to them in childhood,so by that time itself they should stay strong for overcoming future issues.
