These words will suits all of us in today's scenario. Every human population is living a machine life to fulfill all our needs and not able to spend time to be physically fit. Myself as a Dietician I'll suggest my clients to maintain a ideal weight to lead a fruitful life.so, one should involve in any kind of physical activity for atleast 30 minutes to maintain ideal body weight.

Due to lack of physical activity many people in childhood itself developing many health issues.., like obesity, diabetes, heart problems, certain types of cancers etc.., overweight is the topmost problem most population is facing in this period.

Benefits of Physical Activity: 

  • Helps in managing your body weight
  • Reduces the risk of certain diseases
  • Strengthens your bones and muscles
  • Helps you to lead a healthy lifestyle 
  • Maintains your blood cholesterol levels
  • Helps to work effectively and keeps you active throughout the day
  • Also relieves you from stress or depressions and maintains good mental health.

Exercise I suggest : 

Aerobic Exercises :

  • Walking : Many people used to ask me is walking is sufficient to maintain proper health??? The answer is YES. walking is enough to solve many health issues. Maintain healthy weight, helps cardiovascular fitness and strengthens Bones and delays osteoporosis too..,
  • Bicycle Riding : Increase joints mobility and gives you flexibility and decrease stress levels also having much more benefits.
  • Dancing : This is the most favourite aerobic exercise by most people and they love dancing and very easy to do and no need of practice. Boost your mood and helps you to have overall fitness.
  • Swimming : Best exercise for people with arthritis. Is completely helps in good cardiac output.
  • Running or Jogging : Both having similar change in activities. Helps to burn more and more calories, and keeps you active throughout the day and helps to maintain good physique.

These are the some easiest and common exercise which helps you to lead a active and healthy life.

In this busy - bee world find some time to take care of your health..,many people starts recognise how physical activity is important in later part of life!! But before that time flies and you become aged.

So, in adulthood itself start exercising and try to be physically active.
