These words will suits all of us in today's scenario. Every human population is living a machine life to fulfill all our needs and not able to spend time to be physically fit. Myself as a Dietician I'll suggest my clients to maintain a ideal weight to lead a fruitful life.so, one should involve in any kind of physical activity for atleast 30 minutes to maintain ideal body weight.
Due to lack of physical activity many people in childhood itself developing many health issues.., like obesity, diabetes, heart problems, certain types of cancers etc.., overweight is the topmost problem most population is facing in this period.
