Hey all, 

A few days back I noticed something worth mentioning here so, I thought that this must be shared with you all. So, like everyone else, I used to blame and criticize society for almost all the things happening around for which to some extent they are responsible but not entirely. As you see we also live in that same society and we are also known as the members of that same society. And by we, I mean our whole family. So, I know that I have changed and adapted well to the new things coming my way but how can I criticize anyone outside my house when I can't even change or even raise my point in my own home. 

I know most of you would relate to this and realize this. That day I made a resolution to first change my family's thinking and viewpoints and then blame someone else. Because even in my family there is a habit of unnecessarily commenting on someone's life, judge based on colour, caste, religion, sex, dressing sense and all of those things. And I do know that it's very common and there is nothing new about it but change has to come and it starts from within, it starts from us. I'm nowhere blaming my family for being like this because they try to understand whenever I try to make them understand something that is considered wrong and even that much is everything to me. Because not every adult is so adjusting and patient towards new and you may even say these modern things. If I speak for myself here then also I can say that it's tough and difficult to adjust and understand something new and going against everyone. 

Ergo, all I mean to say is that you can bring the change but only if you try and face all the hurdles that will come your way. Also, it's difficult to change someone mindset that they have been going by for years. It's difficult because first you, yourself have to understand it and then it will be your family whom you have to make this understand and at some point of time you get tired telling them everything and they get tired and irritated too. But just don't lose hope and keep going. And trust me one day you will yourself see a change.
