Today everyone wants a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle helps maintain and improve people health's and well- being. That is, how to maintain a balanced and nutritious diet. There are many factors that affect your health, such as age and genetic makeup, but you can change your lifestyle. By taking a few steps towards a healthy life, you can protect yourself from various types of illness such as cancer, heart disease and other serious illness. 

In addition to a health lifestyle, you can only bring out the following positive waves: feel good,  put energy into interesting things, relax, look good, have a lean body, strong muscles and beautiful hair and skin, you will always be happy and feel positive overall. 

A person who is heathy, takes care of himself, does not smoke, tries to maintain healthy weight, eats a healthy diets rich in fruits, vegetables and fiber, and exercise daily. And health people also know how to manage stress, don't drink too much and sleep well every night.Basically,  he/she always does everything reasonably well. So if you live a healthy life, you should take a step forward to make a better difference in your life. But you don't have to change everything at once. To continue a healthier lifestyle, you need to make small changes. Add fruits to your diet, go for a walk everyday, etc. Therefore, there are several ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle. 

Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables:Eat three meals a day(breakfast, lunch and supper) and try to include fruits and vegetables in your diet. Fruits and vegetables are so important to us that they provide vitamins, minerals and fibers. 

Drink water daily: A person should drink at least 23 litters of water a day. This is because drinking water has many benefits such as weight loss, hair and skin. 

Reduce the amount of salt and sugar:high salt in takes in food can cause high blood pressure and should be low. And sugar gives as sweetness, which can lead to illness like diabetes. Therefore,  you should also use a minimum amount of sugar. 

Daily exercise:Exercise is very important to everyone's life. You can do different types of exercises every day, including house cleaning, gardening, walking, cycling, climbing stairs etc. 

Include grains in your diet:More in your diet as whole grains also contain fiber, which not only provides the nutrients you need to keep you and your family healthy and strong, but also reduce heart disease, cancer diabetes.
