It was 24th of March when the first lockdown was announced. Well as the great scholars said Every human is different from other, while some were in the state of denial and some thought how would they enjoy their vacation period. 

21 days, sounds pretty small yet had great changes. For once in our era there were no people on road, neither chirping of birds. Schools and colleges shut offices and factories empty. Work from home, classes online, shopping from apps, everything  was done with the help of internet. 

No sooner than, the phase was about to end.  The first phase of lockdown.                                             People thought everything will be fine after this but little did they know, this was silence before the hurricane. One night before the 14th April, our respected Prime Minister, announced the lockdown second which came to be known as ‘lockdown 2.O’ .

The whole India ran helter shelter that night. Some to buy goods for their living and some to see the peaceful India with their naked eyes.  Well, everyone  had a reason to step out of the house. 

No big change yet but one thing was sure the introverts were as happy as extroverts were once while the extroverts cussed The Virus for keeping them inside the  four walls.

The world in which we live we find different character people, some like to stay in four walls while some like to interact with everyone walking down the street, while some like to stay with their close one’s and  also enjoy their company all alone. Well, this phase taught each and every one of us something about ourselves’. 

The second phase. Where everyone thought this would  be last time where we were locked up in the four walls, we’ll finally be able to dance on the roads and yell at the bridges. But the unfortunate spread of The Virus caught all of us it the four walls again which came to be known as ‘lockdown 3.O’.

This time the situation was different, everyone was fed up staying in their home and looking to same faces every morning. While some had the courage to step out, some sat on their window pane and stared at the road. 

This phase was going to be different was known by many people as it was started people being on the road, what else can we expect to come on our way further. 

 Well, more lives were on stake and yet some didn’t care. We cannot blame anyone or anything for whatever was going on in the world or on the least in our country. No one had have ever thought of being in a four walls for this long, thus people stepped out of the house and the situation was out of control unlike before. Until this time people who didn’t know about the meaning of Quarantine, were aware about it. 

To the expectations of the scholars there was a lockdown again, which came to be known as ‘lockdown 4.O’. 

This was unexpected for everyone, it was almost about 3 month in one room, one space and yet no possibilities of hanging out with friends. 

On one hand where people seemed depressed and frustrated, there was a beam of light in this darkness  which no one has witnessed before. 

The grass was green again, the birds were chirping, the mountains were visible from the top of the buildings and above all the animals explored the places like never before. The Mother Nature was happy after a millennium.

This lockdown might have been a prison for some of the people but on the other hand it was surely a paradise for animals. 

We humans got to learn many thing in this phase, be it about our self or about someone else. To everyone this scenario was different, some appreciated while, some cussed. Well it all depends upon our perspectives, what and how we have to think in a situation.

We were depressed, we were sad. Numerous feeling and unlimited thoughts were running in every individual minds’. 

To keep ourselves sane some caught ourselves in work, some in studies while some in watching series. Well, some or the other way we all passed our time. 

 Maybe we all needed a break or maybe we all deserved this. 

Currently we are in the unlock phase one, where shops are open, online delivery of food is on process. We don’t know when or how this Virus is going to vanish but one thing we know for sure is we need to learn how stay with this.

The one story which we can surely tell to the next generation is how we survived those months and what we got to learn and how we all passed our time. 

This will get over one day, one thing we all have everything happens for a reason maybe we were affected by this pandemic so that we know we grow our bond stronger with our family and learn how to stay at one place.
