1. Establish study goals
Start with the basics and define your study goals. Why are you here, at university? Maybe (like me) you’ve travelled all over the world for this chance. Of course, having fun is one of the reasons, but that’s not the main reason. Knowing your goals is half the battle.
2.get rid of distraction
Select the appropriate location. You have to remove the items you know would divert your attention if you want to focus. Display your mobile devices. Switch off the television. Close any open tabs in your browser. Avoid sitting next to persons who are noisy.
Take a seat erect at a desk. Avoid lying on a bed or in a position that is likely to induce sleep. Select a room that will only be used for learning. Your body will quickly come to identify that area with that activity, making concentration simpler.
Study in a well-lit space. By doing this, you can avoid overstrain on your eyes when reading a book, taking notes, or using a computer screen. Also, bright lighting will prevent you from falling asleep.

The key to this is self guidance. Nobody else is going to deny you what you want, but if you don't achieve your objectives, you will be the one who bears the consequences. Remember, you're in college for a reason, and if you lose that reason, it won't make any difference.
I'm just keeping a diary with me so I can focus on it. I've written down all my study goals and priorities, and when I have spare time, while I'm waiting for the train or on the road, and before I go to bed, I take a good look at them. You can do the same thing, or even print a few posters in your room. You should be able to feel more confident in your studies if you follow these study tips and stay focused on your goals.

Verify the lighting in the study area.
The child might have trouble reading if the study space is not well-lit. Good lighting aids in maintaining focus and alertness, thus having a well-lit study space is just as vital as studying. It is necessary to have an energetic body and mind in order to focus during studying.
5.Some basic asanas
Whenever you feel stressed try to get off from that.if its pains yuo more than try to sit staight and listen your breathing with chin mutras in your hand for few minutes till your mind gets relaxed.
