Ariyippu is an Indian film written and directed by Mahesh Narayanan. It is a movie based on the problems that occur in the life of a couple's in gloves factory. Main lead role is by Kunchacko Boban  and Divya Prabha.

Hareesh and Reshmi are working in Neelam gloves Factory at Noida. They migrated from  Kerala to Noida for a better living condition and to gain some money and to save it for future . However their condition become worse . Both of the decided to migrate into foreign  country . Then the actual problem began.

Hareesh took a video of Reshmi working in the factory to give to the embassy as a skill video.  One day while checking the gloves , all the gloves given to Reshmi is being damaged while testing . She reported the issue to the superior officer , but they told her the reason for getting damaged because of the ring in her finger. So she tries very hardly to remove , but all attempt  failed . 

 One day  Hareesh and the driver had quarrel in the factory . The day after the driver shared a video in the company's what's app group . It was a sexual content video . The beginning of the video is the video of Reshmi  taken by Hareesh  to give to the embassy  . In the ending of the video it was a sex tape . All the workers in the company assumed that it was her . The co-workers started to look in a bad manner.

Hareesh wanted to prove that , it is not his wife . He had a doubt on the travel agent . Because he was the only person who collected  the video to send to the embassy . Then they complained in the police station . But the officers said that they have to test that whether,   Reshmi is guilty or not . The result was Reshmi is not Guilty and they said that you couldn't find the culprit . 

But Hareesh started to investigate in his own way . He sound that the video was taken in another section . He wanted to know that who was the girl in the video . So he cross checked the camera . He saw that his wife going to that block. So he finalized that the girl in the video was his wife. Then he came home angerly and about to his wife . She said , she went there to change her sanitary pad . But Hareesh started to  bet her very badly .  So she went to her friend house . 

  One day he found that the another person in the video was his company owner. Hareesh bought him to safest place  and beaten him very badly . Then they realise that the girl in the video is an former employee of the company and she died .

The company gave them offer . The offer was they can work in Malaysia  branch but in a condition that they have to takeback the case . Hareesh accepted the offer . But Reshmi had several condition that they have to put a notice in the notice board of her company that she is not the girl in that video. And  the another condition was that she want to visit that girl's house . Company accepted her conditions .\

When she reach that girls home she realised that , the girl was murdered and the offer given to them is a reward for her death . Reshmi refuses the offer and she continued her job in Noida .
